Today, we made a CVS run...I got a Dawn dishwashing detergent FREE! They have it on sale for .97..and I had a coupon for $1.00.. The cashier scanned the coupon and the register beeped...then she said that the Dawn was on sale for .97 cents, so she wouldn't be able to take a coupon for $1.00 ??...but I asked her if she couldn't just key the coupon in for .97 ...she tried it and it worked!! I LOVE FREE!! Don't forget that you do have to pay the taxes...and you have to add a filler, so that the total will be above the cost of taxes.
