This video is a great and fun way to get the blood pumping. Continual use of this product helped me drop a dress size with healthy eating. I have some other fun workouts that I love to do, but I really needed something else to rotate in that was less aerobic and more dancing. The music is great, the people on the video are energetic and fun to watch.
